FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND POLICIES
Please keep in mind that Permanent Cosmetic Makeup is NOT for everyone. It is important that you read and understand all the information I am providing below
PERMANENT MAKEUP IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR:
+ Pregnant or nursing (ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS)
+ Diabetes (must provide me with Doctors signed clearance that you are in stable condition to have PMU performed)
+ Chemotherapy/Radiation (must provide me with Doctors signed clearance 6-12 months AFTER chemo or radiation is complete)
+ Viral infection/diseases
+ Pacemaker or major heart problems
+ Organ transplants
+ Skin irritations, dermatitis, or psoriasis near the treated area (rash, SUNBURN, acne, etc.)
+ EYELINER CLIENTS ONLY Any Lash growth serums need to be discontinued for 30 days before your appointment
+ No lash extensions for EYELINER clients. Must be removed two weeks prior to your appointment and can be put back on after fully healed
+ Any use of accutane in the past year
+ Facial peels need to be done 30 days before or 30 days after a procedure
+ Botox must be done at least 2 weeks before or at least 2 weeks after procedure
+ Anyone under the age of 25 years old unless medically necessary and would require a consult to discuss reasons
WEEK OF APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES FOR ALL PROCEDURES
+ If you are on antibiotics, you MUST reschedule
+ If you are/become pregnant or nursing by the time of your appointment, you MUST reschedule
+ If you are sunburned in procedure area, you MUST reschedule
+ If you are taking accutane, you MUST be off the medication for ONE YEAR or longer
+ If you have any acne or blemishes within the procedure area, you MUST reschedule
+ NO alcohol the night before appointment
+ NO caffeine the day of your procedure, until after procedure
+ NO fish oils, Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Advil, Niacin for at least 24 hours prior to appointment (unless otherwise Doctor advised)
+ DO NOT workout the day of procedure OR for 7 days after your procedure
+ DO NOT take any mentally altering drugs prior to your appointment. If you show up under the influence, you will forfeit your appointment
+ NO waxing or tinting of brows or lashes (for eyeliner clients) a week before the procedure
+ LASH ENHANCEMENT CLIENTS ONLY: NO lash perms/curling for a week prior to any eyeliner procedure or 14 days after procedure
+ LASH ENHANCEMENT CLIENTS ONLY: NO contacts day of appointment. Please bring eyeglasses to wear after your procedure
REFRESHERS
+ Not all faded and aged tattoos are good candidates to tattoo over. Therefore, if you are not a previous client of mine, I do require a picture, or consult to evaluate whether this will be a "refresher" appointment OR if you will need other means of treatment such as removal prior to us moving forward
+ The refresher cost only pertains to clients I have worked on in the past. If you did not have your previous work done with me, the fee for service may be different than the quoted cost on my service list
BOOKING, RESCHEDULING, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
*I HAVE A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
Please respect this policy, as I book 2 hours for each client and can offer this to someone waiting. I give my clients the time they deserve and the time I need, so please take into consideration my time as well.
+ You will be required to give a $100 deposit to book your service/s. If you cancel within the 48 hour cancellation policy, you will forfeit the $100 deposit and will be required to place another deposit upon rescheduling.
